Our Services
One-On-One
Young scholars one-on-one is a 45 instructional session with a 15 minute revisit the learning session.
Cohort Sessions
Young scholars cohort is structured based on a student’s grade level and entry (pre) test results. A cohort can have mixed grade levels only 1 year grade apart. If a student tests 2 years below their current grade level, they must participate in the one-on-one sessions only. Each cohort is an hour in length.
Classroom Concern Corner
If a scholar has an immediate academic concern outside of their tutoring session, the class concern corner can assist. Send a message along with any necessary images and get a response within 24 hours. This section is reserved for students requiring academic guidance, not for parent - school concerns.
Our Services
Monthly Field Trip
Cohort and individual session students can come together once a month for a Sowing Seeds School local social gathering trip. Details about selected locations will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. The cost is based on the destination.
PARENTS MUST ATTEND AND REMAIN ON THE TRIP WITH THEIR CHILD.
Facility Support
We offer on-site consulting services tailored specifically for microschools or daycare centers. Our goal is to support your staff with practical, hands-on strategies that enhance daily operations, improve learning environments, strengthen student engagement, and provide insight on teacher turnover. By working directly within your facility, we are able to observe, assess, and provide customized recommendations that align with your unique needs and goals.
We align our services with collected data to streamline focus on staff training, classroom management support, workflow optimization, and/or compliance guidance. We pride ourselves on delivering solutions that are both effective and easy to implement, ensuring minimal disruption to your day-to-day activities. We would welcome the opportunity to partner with your team to create a more efficient, supportive, and successful environment for both staff and children.
ESE/504 Corner
This offer will be for parents who need additional guidance as it pertains to their child’s schooling and his/her IEP or 504 Plan. These sessions are only one-on-one and must include details of the child’s academic and/or behavioral concern in their current academic setting. Please be prepared to share work samples, academic standing, behavioral plans, etc. The cost includes 1 email session, 1 telephonic session, and 1 virtual session -in this order. A follow-up session to discuss findings is also a part of this plan. Parents acknowledge this session is with an educator with several years experience and knowledge in this space. No representative of Sowing Seeds is an attorney, nor can provide legal advice.
